How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
You will receive your package 2-4 working days after ordering.
We attach great importance to reliable shipping via DHL. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business.
Is the delivery of my order free of charge?
From an order value of 39€ we deliver your order within Germany free of charge.
From an order value of €90, delivery within the EU is free of charge.
How long can I return my items?
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery.

Can I still change / cancel my order?
Yes, you can. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to change or cancel it.
