If you do not choose a courier service, your parcel will be sent with DHL. If you are not at home when the parcel is first delivered, it will be offered to a neighbor if possible. If this is not possible, the parcel will be delivered directly to a collection point. You will receive a message about this in your letterbox. Europe (EU) Delivery with DHL Your order will be delivered on weekdays between 9:00 and 9:30 am and on Saturdays during the day with a courier service. If you are not at home when the parcel is first delivered, it will be offered to a neighbor if possible. You will then receive a message in your letterbox.
