Sealed products are excluded from the right of return. Once the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned. CHECK RETURN STATUS
- To check the status of your return, we recommend that you first check the shipment tracking, if the courier service you have chosen offers this. Look out for updates indicating that the item has been "returned", "delivered", "returned to warehouse" or similar.
- This means that the items have arrived back at our warehouse and will be checked and scanned by our team within 14 days. Once the return has been processed, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund.
- Please note that once processed, it may take up to 5 days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been released by your bank.
